Kristin , Peer Support Specialist, has been married since 2010 and has two elementary age daughters. She holds degrees in Psychology and Nursing. With two decades of personal experience with negative body image, self-sabotaging, depression & anxiety, post-partum depression, D-MER; she will walk with you. With  goals established by you, together you will identify & isolate barriers to those goals.

Highly compassionate, understanding, & knowledgeable, Kristin brings a raw honesty to your time with her. She will help awaken your soul, inspire, and move you toward healing and joy.

Kristin is co-host at The Hive retreats alongside the Director and Owner of The Hive, & occasionally facilitates these retreats.
