During our group floating meditation and sound bath session, participants are gently elevated above the floor in a silk hammock during a guided meditation and sound bath. This innovative self-care system allows participants to release stress, tension, or worry while “floating” weightlessly in the air while our team creates sounds that nourish the entire being.

A sound bath is a relaxation technique and meditative experience, using quartz-crystal bowls, binaural beats, chimes and gongs to create vibration and resonance that feels as though it is immersing and washing over your body.
