Kristal is a Peer and Family Support Specialist, Yoga Teacher, and Mind and Body expert, who is originally from Lubbock, Texas. Like her home state, everything is BIGGER with Kristal… Her personality. Her sense of humor. Her love of adventure, and her passion for helping people. She is also an amazing mother to her children, two of whom are on the Autism spectrum.
Authenticity, caring, mindfulness and being fully present in life, are the values which drive Kristal and guide her work with clients and her time with family. She loves being an active member in her community and is an advocate for balance and mental wellness in all aspects of life, and for those with special needs along with their caregivers.
Kristal is passionate about yoga and you can find her working with men, women, children and seniors, who are looking to improve flexibility, strength and balance, while reducing stress and anxiety levels. She also teaches mindfulness and focuses on whole-person wellbeing to help others balance their lives.
Jason is an Executive and Life Coach who was born in Bloomington, Minnesota, but grew up in Tucson, Arizona. After school, he worked with Special Forces units in the United States Military, before climbing the corporate ladder and finding success in Senior Operational and Leadership Development roles. After more than 25 successful years, Jason left the corporate world to pursue his coaching and consulting passions and to spend more time with his wife and kids, two of whom have extra special needs.
It was through his family and the unique challenges of raising kids on the spectrum, Jason formed his values as a leader, spouse, father, friend, and human. He learned the importance of being his authentic self and how to live in the moment. He came to understand that development and growth are rarely linear, that the smallest steps are worth celebrating, and if you can’t laugh, even in the face of the most daunting circumstances, you’ve lost your way.
As a Coach, Jason works with a wide array of people from all walks of life, helping them achieve coherence, balance, and peak performance at work, at home and in their relationships. Jason is also an accomplished public speaker and facilitator for workshops, corporate trainings, and couple’s retreats.
